Toy Sourcing has been a relatively easy function to run for Toy companies over the last couple of decades due to the manufacturing excellence and capacity of China. But things are changing, and while China remains a big part of the solution for securing Toy manufacturing capacity, geographic diversification is the biggest current trend in Toy Sourcing.
